This is something =Ouari and I worked together on (; We both drew the creature together, passing the file back and forth between us and adding/changing things until we thought it looked right. We both really did equal parts to the entire thing; from designing, drawing, to coloring :'D I was the one who drew Barracuda though next to it<3

It's a creature from the planet my alien insect race comes from, much like previous one we designed over here; [link] <3 Except this huge hulking purple-green beast is much bigger then the ''butterfly hawk'' and still can get bigger. This one's just a wee teen, and as of yet it has no creature name. It's more of a land creature though it can still climb, and its wings are mostly for display purposes but it is capable of small bursts of flight. The younger they are, the further they can fly. It also walks on its front legs, we just drew them up for showy purposes!

As the title says, this one in particular is Barracuda's pet<3 Barra being; [link] The Thycrst don't fear any creature of their planet, but they do have a healthy respect for them. It's not uncommon for the bigger creatures like this to be used like 'war horses', as Barracuda uses his which he cleverly named ''End.'' End's kind are very aggressive, it's highly unlikely they allow anyone close except their riders.

Barra's also a cranky jackass, and despite missing an arm he takes no shit from even his oversized pet. And I think that's bout all I can think of to say right meow. Guh I love how this turned out <333 I hope you guys enjoy it too

YOOOOUUUUU GUUUUYYYSSSS AND YOUR BUG MONSTERS. YOUR SPECIALTY. HOLY SHIT.

I've kept this in my inbox since you posted it just to come here and stare because wow, what a fucking cool design. This is really different in terms of the kind of beasts you see around the species community that get passed around so much, and it's different in a way that still stays within the realm of your styles, it doesn't look like a one-off experimental doodle or crazy creature that's just a frankenstein's monster of the animal kingdom.

You guys legit study your shit, not just for this, but just in general, and that really helps your work out, the understanding is behind the design and the colour, even when it's fantasy, it still gives it credibility. You put together colours that, shit, I'd be afraid to, and you made it work.

Oh my fucking lord this creature is AMAZING. Wow you guys did such a great job, this thing is creepy and strangely beautiful at the same time. Ahhhh the colours are just gorgeous too, man I could never do such a crazy colour combo and still make it look so good. And I second what *Skollface said. How the hell do your styles blend so well.
